Please order with as much notice as possible, preferably 2-3 days before you need your flowers.

As a small business I spend much of my time in the field working with with the plants and may not see emails until the end of the day.  

So the best way to secure the delivery date you want is to contact me directly (Instagram message or a phone call are quickest).  Then when placing your order you can choose the Pre-Booked Date' option from the drop down list at checkout.

ONLY use the 'Royal Mail' option for confetti and gifts.  



Your flowers are picked to order and carefully stored in a chiller until the courier collects them. 

Courier services have been disrupted during the ongoing Covid crisis and there has been a huge surge in the demand for deliveries nationwide.  This means occasionally courier delivery is taking 48 hours instead of the normal 24 hours.  Please allow for this when booking your delivery date.  Advice from APC couriers is that all timed deliveries are temporarily suspended, meaning I cannot refund you if your box arrives later in the day than you expected.

Please rest assured that nearly all packages are delivered within 24 hours, however a very small number are delivered within 48 hours.  The flowers are packaged with additional chiller packs incase of this scenario.

Upon receipt of your flowers you should store them in their box in the fridge until you are ready to use them.


Courier deliveries with a 'Fragile' service are charged as follows:

Tuesday - Friday;

1 box £9.00

2 boxes £11.00 

3 boxes £12.80

4 boxes £13.80

5 - 6 boxes £14.80

Please place your order at least 2 - 3 days before you want your flowers - the earlier you place your order, the better, as deliveries get booked up at the height of the season.

There are no deliveries on a Monday.
