HOW TO ORDER

 

Please order with as much notice as possible, preferably 2-3 days before you need your flowers.

As a small business I spend much of my time in the field working with with the plants and may not see emails until the end of the day.  

 

So the best way to secure the delivery date you want is to contact me directly (Instagram message or a phone call are quickest).  Then when placing your order you can choose the Pre-Booked Date' option from the drop down list at checkout.

All orders received as 'Next Available Working Day' will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day.  

So if you have a specific date, please get in touch first to avoid disappointment.

 

ONLY use the 'Royal Mail' option for confetti and gifts.

DELIVERY

 

Your flowers are picked to order and carefully stored in a chiller until the courier collects them.  They are delivered on your chosen day before 12.30pm.  

 

However, during the current Covid crisis there has been a huge surge in the demand for courier deliveries nationwide, and occasionally courier delivery is taking 48 hours instead of the normal 24 hours.  Please allow for this when booking your delivery date.

Upon receipt of your flowers you should store them in their box in the fridge until you are ready to use them.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Courier deliveries with a 'Fragile' service are charged as follows:

Tuesday - Friday arriving before 12.30pm;

1 box £9.00

2 boxes £11.00 

3 boxes £12.80

4 boxes £13.80

5 - 6 boxes £14.80

Please place your order at least 2 - 3 days before you want your flowers - the earlier you place your order, the better, as deliveries get booked up at the height of the season.

There are no deliveries on a Monday.

 

Saturday deliveries: available at extra cost, please call to discuss.
