We want you to be pleased with your purchases and the service that you have received. These are our terms and conditions of sale and apply to all orders.
The price, including any delivery charges, is set out in the order confirmation.
You must pay in full for the goods and any delivery at the time of placing your order.
Time of delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed.
If you are not available to take delivery of your purchase, please leave detailed information in the 'Add a Note' section during checkout. Our couriers will follow these instructions as closely as possible.
Due to the nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the flowers have been picked.
If you place an order and need to change the delivery date or other details, please contact me at least 24 hours before the original delivery date.
Any refunds issued with be subject to an administration fee of 90p.
Your privacy is important to us and we will treat any information you provide us with care.
We use the information you provide to deliver products to you, to contact you about your purchases and to reply to any messages sent via our website.
We never share your information with any other third parties.
If you have chosen to sign up to our newsletter, we will contact you with news and updates from time to time. You are able to opt out of this at any time.
